Over the weekend, former President Bill Clinton enthusiastically endorsed his wife, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, as a possible secretary of state in the Obama administration. Before that happens, however, both Obama and the Clintons will need to be made comfortable with all of the financial activities of the former President, and any and all substantial new disclosures, divestments or changes that may be required of Bill Clinton.
