Joe the plumber, who works without the required license apparently, also owes back state taxes to Ohio in the amount of $1,260. The state now has a lien against Joe for nonpayment of the state tax. There is apparently also at least one more unpaid court judgment with an additional lien for healthcare costs (something that Obama's plan would have avoided).
